Their menu changes often, but their service and standards are very reliable and consistent. We are a fan of “Omundo Grooves” on Tuesday nights where you can dine and dance.

You can choose to have your breakfast and lunch in the comfort of your own lounge chair. And in the evening, Karakter transforms into a cozy fine dining restaurant where you can taste culinary delights with the sunset in the background. The menu is sure to please and it’s incredibly easy to spend a full day enjoying breakfast, lunch and dinner.

At BijBlauw on Curacao they serve refreshing drinks, culinary delights and local flavours. They also have a Chef’s table available.
